Sunday past (8th May) was a very exciting day for The Happy Weigh team because we finally opened up shop! …We still can’t quite believe we are ready to get our wheels to the road, but here we are.

For me (Leona), it has been a true labour our love. Spending around 3 years migrating from working 9 to 5 for other businesses to solely focusing on my own, The Happy Weigh. I feel as though those years spent developing what THW was going to be were so necessary. It wouldn’t have the clarity it does had I not and having never started a business before, rushing into things was not on the agenda!

Anyway, back to the launch. It was a fantastic day shared with family and friends who tucked into some delicious Lavenders pasties, accompanied by some equally delicious cakes made by Cafe Dog & Rabbit.
